Tried new minestrone soup recipe and my family loved it. And usually whatever I make goes down well well with friends and at some potluck type of occasions. It makes me happy. Through stomach to heart

Jogging in the small hours of the morning. I started C25K in lockdown and was ashamed to be seen out running so used to run around 5am. Now 4 stone lighter and jogging 4 times a week I absolutely love the early morning run and then shower before the commute to work.
