Should those people with community payback orders, when carrying out work in the community be made to wear identifying clothes?

I don't think so and wondered what your thoughts were on it?

I just saw Midnight's thread and remembered a conversation about Community payback. Not quite the same as voluntary work, but even so....I don't think people should be identified in that way.
