What is it with visible face picture, no pic no chat on peoples profiles when they have no face pics themselves. ?

They can ask you for a face pic, but you can just move on if its not for you.

Just take a face pic and send it with the “delete after view” option selected. If they don’t reply with one, chat is dead anyway.
