You can get a silicone attachment for wands that slips over the penis. We had one but didn't really use it much so maybe wasn't that good.

I think our most used would be blindfold and cuffs.

I love cuffs, blindfold and an array of toys but that requires X2 people. I'm thinking solo play right now!
