Definitely my boobs. I’d have them lifted and also my left leg sorted.

Had my lymph nodes removed due to cancer so now have an indent at the top of my leg that gets fluid in it so i would get that tightened up

Other than that, nothing.

It would be nice to have slightly straighter teeth, flatter stomach, bigger arms maybe, but in terms of looks it’s far better to change your opinion of yourself, be confident in who you are, your confidence is where your sex appeal stems from. I would however like the ability to fix the bits of me that start to fall apart as I get older.
