I know this may not be the correct platform to post this, but does anyone have any experience of these?

I am going through the process of finalising the draft plan. There is so little advice out there, so I am posting almost out of desperation.

There is a brilliant website called 'not fine in school' or their facebook page that has all sorts of wonderful information and people sharing experiences of the system. (If its the education thing)

Its normally all set up at a meeting and if you need to change it theirs a number to ring up
