Aside from the obvious answer of family. I'd say being able to make others happy, no matter who it is. One act of kindness a day.

Lots of things. Waking up in a comfy bed next to my partner who, I have no idea why, really wants to marry me and is leaving little postits of venue ideas on the bathroom mirror, like today. Even stopping and thinking this is our home. We own this.

My family and friends and a grumpy old dear. They make me happy constantly, from the messages, the cuddles, the calls, the voice notes.

Seeing my weight loss and the photo of old me to me now. I like my curves, the softness. The lack of a boob shelf of a tummy.

Nature, especially in the garden in the morning when I'm having a cup of tea in my slightly worn comfort cardigan.

The potential, the future. That definitely gives me a smile.

I have lots to be happy about, including my ability to waffle in a not very eloquent fashion before 9am.

I wouldn't say I wake up happy, nothing on the "happy scale" motivates me to get out of bed. Happiness is a temporary emotion based on events and other influences.

What I would say, is that I'm content. Yes, there are days where I'm exhausted, drained and frustrated but at the same time I pretty much know what I'm facing each day, what to expect and not getting blindsided by shit that I struggle to handle.

I've been struggling with this very thing for a long time but in all honesty my daughter I only see her in the mornings to take her to school so it gives me a reason to get out of bed

I’m having a really good time in my life, everything is falling into place nicely and I feel content.

The love and support from C, my son, my work, my diet having noticeable differences…plus the plans we have in place, FAB related and in our normal life…it all adds up to making me a very happy chap

My children give me a reason. I found it very hard to get up at all years back after losing my husband.

My children are my world and my reason for living.

Hard work as they are sometimes, I’d be lost without them

Oh, so many things...the world gives us lots of things to bring us joy, if we just take the time to look for them.

There are big things like having a roof over my head and food on my plate, or the fact that I have people in my life to love, and they love me back . Or more simple things like my pooch coming to say hello while I'm working (usually because he wants a treat, but he still does a cute little hufflepuff thing), or watching the birds flitting about in the bushes outside my window.
