Lamb any day although I wouldn’t turn down chicken, beef or nut roast.

Honey glazed carrots are a must.

Anyone tried roasted broccoli dusted with curry powder? Deee-lish!

Always make my own gravy. Sit the meat on some diced carrots, onions and celery if possible. When the meat’s resting add some flour and stock to the pan. Season, simmer, strain (Although sometimes I keep some of the cooking veg in).
