Walks through the woods and borrowing the in laws adorable, Tigger of a border collie. Stopping off at my new love of a tea room.

Halloween - the films, the food, the outfits. Decorating! Lighting the fire and reading a ghost story to my partner.

Cosy nights with snuggly cardigans, long socks and casseroles and warm cups of tea.

Getting drenched going for a waddle and the satisfying hot shower after where I can feel my stress trickling into the tap.

Lazy dalliances in a warm hotel room and listening to the rain outside as we snuggle after.

So many things.

Spoil sport.

By the way, using the internet, sending txt messages and browsing forums also generates pollution and ghg’s because of the amount of energy the infrastructure uses up. Infact its about 4% of the global ghg emissions.

I’m practically shitting myself with excitement at the thought of putting up my new Xmas tree. It actually arrived today. It’s 7.5ft frosted and even though decent lights are gonna cost the difference between having it lit and unlit I went for unlit because they only had the option of warm lights on the pre-lit and I like a cool light, warm lights are too golden for my colour scheme. I can not wait to put my tree up! Old tree had been demoted to the kitchen!

"Sat cuddling I front of an open fire would be amazing!

Now who has one? I have a fabulous 90kw log fire, it burns nothing else and is used for special occasions and very cold days. The fire is about 80% efficient, a normal coal fire is about 15%.

It burns only seasoned wood grown on my land. CO2 is only equal to the amount absorbed by the tree, no fossil fuels used, no transportation costs and cast iron in an air box encourages convection heating!

Hopefully no-one, they’re dumpers of pollution and ghg’s

Spoil sport.
