When someone messages you, can you tell if it is a male or female?

For example, a couples profile where the man pretends to be the wife, or someone pretending to be a woman.

Definitely. I've had a couple profile on here with a playmate and the messages we used to get from 'couples'were obviously written by the guy, even though they signed off as the girl...

We sign off our messages, so always clear who has sent the message.

And yes we can normally tell if it is the m or f writing the message, comes across in the message/tone.
