Hmmm... I don't know if I have a specific favourite anatomical part, but I do think almost everyone has at least one bit that is a great example of that particular anatomical part. For example, some have amazing breasts, others have a beautiful face, fantastic eyes or lips, some might have a vagina that I find downright inspirational. Equally some people might seem like the full package but have just one tiny thing that makes me nope right out of the situation. I once met a very attractive and lusty German woman who unfortunately had really horrible (to me) hands. Fingers shaped like spoons and tiny, heavily curved, long fingernails that reminded me of rodent claws. Once I'd noticed, I couldn't unsee it. It was very sad. Now I almost always look at the hands before getting too deep into it.
