So I'm headed to London for Halloween weekend for the Bank social (if you're going too, say hello!).

Does anyone know of any fun events happening that weekend in London? They don't have to be kinky! They might even be spooky

Basically, I need my weekend filling - ideas please!

Go into the meets thread. Scroll down to about three quarters of the way down. And it's right there. "Secret tea party official thread - Halloween" or something like that

For daytime I'd think you'd like Wonderful Beasts exhibition at Natural History Museum - you need to book a ticket in advance. And of course the Science Museum and V & A are just round the corner.

Pembrokeshire

highgate cemetary sometimes have vampire themed walks and talks around 31st, might be worth looking into?

Also Jack the ripper guided tours?

Or Haunted London type ghost walks/talks...

just a few suggestions, not been in London since 2006 and unsure what the lockdowns may have done to such events, but certainly worth looking into whats happening if you are going to be there around Halloween.

Time Out is really good in the run up to Halloween, it has a section on things happening in London that week which is well worth a look, normally listing exhibitions, etc.

I'm also tempted by the London Dungeons! Going down a similar(ish) time. Some places do cute afternoon tea with a Halloween theme. Visit Borough Market, you definitely deserve that.

Madam Tussauds have a really cool looking Aliens experience thing, Aliens:Escape if I remember correctly.

Covent Garden is normally decorated spookily and quite a few places have adorable Halloween related cakes etc (like Cutter and Squidge which isn't too far a walk!).

Ah thanks, loads of ideas! I've booked a ticket to the dungeons just now, no doubt I'll scare myself silly but should be good still! And I've added your other suggestions to my list

Do you have to be a member to get in, or can I just walk in?
