Does anyone else feel tired, grumpy and out of sorts when rain is threatening? I'm snapping at my poor little lad like a jack russell on heat!

The weather does play a part in how happy I am. I went to Bulgaria on holiday and it rained everyday until the day before I had to go home. I hated the place, until the sun came out. The beach suddenly became beautiful, the sea a gorgeous blue and a lady (not the Duchess of Cambridge) even went topless. The last day was so hot and sunny I did not want to leave the roof of the airport terminal where I sat waiting for my flight home. I cannot wait to go back. I Ukrainian friend of mine tells me that everytime it rains when she is at home in the Ukraine she has to go to bed because there is nothing else she feels like doing apart from sleeping. So, yes, the weather plays its part in feeling good.

I like cooler weather and shorter days don't bother me, I just feel so grrrr.....

I am a bat by nature and prefer the cooler damper climate, which was one of the reasons I decided to settle in this country.
