After a day and night on the sauce yesterday I'm suffering today hit me with your best hangover cure

Time machine, go back 24 hours and opt for water instead. Defo most straightforward and easiest option. I mean, who doesn't own a time machine these days?

I understand that this is late but they say drinks orange juice before hand it doesn't produce hangovers. But now manage little bit of food no fry ups or grease food as this further dehydrates and if you have any juice keep drinking or water you need the alcohol absorbed toast helps

Fresh orange juice? Never heard that one before I will give it a try next time

Can't help with a cure, but next time have a piece of toast with some honey on, a banana and a pint of water before you go to bed.

It works, but I'm not sure if it's because I wasn't d*unk enough to forget to do it or not.

Found this many moons ago randomly online and I thought how because food absorbs alcohol so must break down the alcohol with acid. Hope you feel better soon x
