I started to eat between 12 and 8. It works well with my work pattern as 2 days a week I don’t get home till 7.

I’ve lost a stone but need to lose loads more.

I’m in a hotel so I had abowl of cereal, toast that looked the part but was bendy and like rubber also coffee that was really brown coloured water. I had to provide my own milk.
