I'm a traditional Irish crisp sambo maker.

White bread. Real butter. Tayto cheese and onion.

As I have gotten older I have at times added a slice of ham to my sambo .. it's nice

White farmhouse bread, lurpak and Walkers Cheese and Onion crisps.

Never, ever, EVER...cut a crisp sandwich! It should be assembled with care and perfect alignment of crisp to bread. The crumbs in the packet may be consumed by tipping into the mouth direct from the packet. No whole crisps may be consumed outside of the sandwich.

The palm of the hand should be used to exert a force, no greater than to compress the bread to prevent the crisps from falling out when taking bites.
