It’s saying like this that causes men to believe that they are not allowed to show emotions or feelings that somehow it makes them less of a man

Grow a pair

Man up

Be a man about it

Stop being a girl

Etc

These need to be banished

One that really makes me roll my eyes is when your 'phone rings, you answer the call, and the person on the other side says; "I'll tell you why I'm calling....."

Do women say this to each other in relation to boobs? If “grow a pair” said to man is like saying “man up” and is a reference to bollocks. Is “grow a pair” said to a woman the equivalent of “woman up” and therefore a reference to boobs.

"Well, at the end of the day... it's night time."

Met an insurance salesman who used that phrase every two minutes.... we sat like this for hours.

For years when it was quiet in our house someone would say .. Well at the end of the day ! and all hell would break loose.

That's what I am.saying because the phrase

Man.up Grow a pair gives men.the idea that it's uncanny to show emotion or talk about their problems
