Was informed that lots of women don’t like to be called this, I thought it was a fairly common term. Anything else they like to be called or not anything at all?

Some do like it and refer to themselves as cougars.

It's like any and every label, some will wear it with pride and others like to be seen as who they are as an individual rather than where they can be pigeon holed based on one part of their existence.

Some will be ok with the term and others will not like it and some just will not care one way or another.
