Lol give this thread 5 mins before it’s closed, there are others of course but fab is the most widely used, we haven’t met anyone in clubs that isn’t on it and all our meets through this profile and our last have been found on fab

We've tried the countless other sites, none compare to this one. Fab is way simpler to use than most, is reliable and has a massive following. Plus it's fairly priced.

I can't see it ever losing the top spot

Community loyalty is there, but I find the sites GUI and functionality dated. I use Reddit, Discord and others (for other personal interests and topics) and find their discussion and forum functions years ahead of Fab.

Thing is with fab, the ui is pretty dated, it isn't as slick as some of the other sites, but then, as you don't need a second mortgage to send a single message, they obviously do not have the same funds to pay for development that the more commercial sites do. This is more of a labour of love by the owners I think. My only concern (speaking with my developer hat on) is that the site is kept secure and up to date against the evolving threats from hackers etc.

The community here seems much nicer and more active than the commercial sites

I don't think some of the other commercial sites or related sites have the impetus to trying and muscle in. Owners of AW wouldn't see the money in it, neither would porn hosting sites. For the owners of this site, low cost keeps the community and rule, but the compromise is the UI side of it. It becomes a self limiting sum. Low cost = lower UI experience but more community stick. Higher cost = greater UI but lower community hold. There must be a threshold limit there.
