"My partner can sometimes talk too much, but the most annoying thing is when he doesn't let me finish what I'm saying and jumps to conclusions. I am not afraid to told him to shut up and listen though lol. About personal space- we only see each other at the weekends, so that's 5 days when we have time to miss each other lol. "It's sometimes fun. The 'my partner talks too much joke' ... During lockdown......... I talked the HIND LEGS off my 'buddy' @ the time we could have one person visiting. Even I wondered why I did it. Then I realised. He was the only person I had seen or talked to that week. That was very unusual as I spoke to hundreds of people in a week at work. My rellies on n off and my daughters regularly as well as people I socialised with. When I was married and we both worked quiet times were welcome by each... When I was alone with infants 'he' became my only adult contact at the end of each day. People who live alone ...... older people ........ the 'unpopularables' for what ever reason. I expect they all talk more than they would if they had sufficient human interaction. Things improved for me when I realised a problem was brewing and made ways for us all to keep in contact. Society needs to look out for certain groups , even those in palaces. " I live alone so I have too had that experience of catching myself yakking when first in company after a time of Isolation.
