shits creek

You read that really hits home hard.

That meme that explains what you've been trying to fathom for years without having the right words.

That moment where you read something that stops you in your tracks because it's the missing puzzle piece.

I've made some horrific choices in my love life and these few words explained it perfectly:

"When all you know is fight or flight, red flags and butterflies all feel the same"

Just thought I'd leave it with you for anyone confused by their choices and why they continue the pattern.

I was reading something about the 'lost girls/women' to autism. As in they dont get diagnosed and just go on to get mental health conditions and allsorts of other problems and labels that arent who they really are, because they struggle in a world of misunderstanding. It read something along the lines of drop the mask, be your authentic self and come home. Quite made me blub.
