Leggings would be less obvious but you need to think about where and whst time. If you liable to be seen by minors or a a lot of people I wouldn't do it. As it liable the police would be called or you photo would end up on line as we all know how much people like to shame others

It is about knowing what you are going too see, deciding to attend or not, events are advertised so you know to avoid that area if you choose to do so. Which this scenario does not.

Look at the trauma and damage done to countless millions when a man used to run on a sports pitch starkers. What will frighten me more?

1:A streaker on a footie pitch where I'm in the company of thousands of others?

2:A gay pride event when I'm in the company of thousands of others and they're doing their thing and I'm doing mine?

If it's dark and on a quiet street late at night then yes, I don't think that's a problem if it's unlikely anyone will see.

If you mean seeing grown adults being led around on collars and the likes then, yes. I don't think it's appropriate for kids. Been years since I was at Pride so I'm going purely what I see online now. Last time I attended an event in person was in Amsterdam about 12yrs ago when my son was 18months old. On the whole the atmosphere was warm, friendly and very suitable for a young family. Gay and trans pride parades on the high street do not involve people "having their tackle on show" and at well run pride events anyone turning up like that would be asked to cover up or go away. Late night on Canal Street in Manchester may be a bit different, but even there any outright indecent behaviour would be seen off by local law enforcement.

Trans and gay people are not perverts who show off their bits to crowds that would certainly include younger people. At pride events there may well be a Mardi Gras type atmosphere, with flamboyant fancy dress, but not public waving around of genitalia.

Pride is a family friendly event, absolutely nothing like the OPs description of overt sexualised behaviour.

In direct response to the OP - if you are doing this at midnight at a dogging spot, knock yourself out, but be warned that police can and do pass by known dogging areas occasionally and are not impressed if the situation is one that they deem liable to cause offence to anybody. If you are doing it at any place and time where unsuspecting members of the public might see you (as per the scenario originally framed) then do not be surprised if the outcome is your life being ruined by public obscenity charges.
