"After being out of running for over 10 years, with a knee injury. I completed my first half marathon since I was in my twenties. Got a slower time than I hoped for, as my ITB knee pain return at mile 7 and was extremely painful from mile 10. But got a time of 1:56:22 a target to beat in my next half " Well done Tony As a fellow sufferer myself I can strongly recommend lunges, squats and KT. The tape is great when applied properly | |||
