Most are saying humour which is true , but when you walk into a bar / club / cafe and see someone or numerous ladies it’s clearly not personality or humour, it can be everything from the Ora that person emmits , confidence, figure , the initial eye contact to body chemistry or language.. so humour comes in afterwards and it can evolve from that … but humour or personality are second at best
