Do you ever have a situation in the pub where there’s someone looking at you but you write it off thinking

They’ve definitely got no interest in you? My confidence is low so I automatically believe it to be random but I’m s like to hear others views

Absolutely this, before I joined fab I had very little actual self confidence. Of course anyone that "knew" me would see an outgoing confident person but I'm a good actor..weirdly only when it comes to that! Fab has helped me gain confidence in myself and my body, but shove me in a pub or public place and depending how much I've had to drink, I'll either think I'm Beyonce, the more likely scenario is, however, that I'd never believe someone was looking at me in that kind of way!

Haha can relate I’m not very confident and tend to miss signs and definitely revert to the way of thinking you said

Had a few where they definitely were interested but didn’t have the guts to take the leap (in relationship for sake of kids, she left a few times but always take her back so kids can grow up having an intact family) one was a great girl I chatted too on here a few years back has a few nights talking till the early hours and she made intentions clear. Another a few weeks back was a girl I met in a pub who was basically everything I’ve dreamed of chatted for a bit and again she made her intentions clear but just can’t go though with it and put my happiness first but always left wondering how life would have turned out if had done

I’ve had people tell me after the fact that I’ve missed opportunities because I’ve simply not realised the opportunity was there… often because I think they’re way out of my league

It's one of those things isn't it, no matter how "good" of a day you're having - and again, sometimes I think I am smashing the shit out of life!- there will always be that glimmer of self doubt that makes you question it.

As I've gotten older, I care less, and now thankfully am more of "if I'm not their cup of tea that's ok"

But there's definitely missed opportunities when I've thought, there's no chance they're interested in me!
