The place where fairies live

So I'm trying to lose some weight.. All the generous lockdown overeating & under exercising. I was single so didn't get any chance to visit my other single 2 FBs to work off some calories. 18 months of NO FB is not good in any way!!

Managing in the daytime with extra exercise, good diet but it's bedtime I struggle..

It's as if as soon as I get upstairs and into bed I need something in my mouth!

I swear it's getting to be most my calories are taken in the evening onwards

Ideas...

I've got one excellent idea to occupy my mouth at nighy but unfortunately I can't do that as my daughter lives with me and her bedroom is next to my ensuite ????

Ideas on what to do with the "bored mouth" instead of a "hungry mouth"

Watch pimple popping videos on YouTube and you won't want to put anything in your mouth.

Something to nibble that won't pile on the pounds? Maybe carrot sticks or something like.
