Nursing my break up with a friend by going to bed early and being all prepared for my local race in the morning. Last night I did not sleep well at all..... Hoping exhaustion will get me through tonight. Race is important.

I was too embarrassed to ask... But i did think is this it... The moment i realise I'm too old to go shopping by myself now and have to take a sandwich from now on, in case i cant find my way out of the store
