I am enjoying peace & quiet in the cosy duvet cocoon, but since I woke up very early my tummy is already starting to send SOS signals.

Feed me. Virtually of course what are you having ?

I might make a shakshuka

We are both on a health kick. C has joined a program which tells you specifically what to eat that day. I haven’t gone that far but I’ve stolen some of the ideas for meals, including breakfast:-

Yesterday was a 4 egg (only whites) omelette with spinach and spices.

Today will be porridge (made with almond milk), banana, apple, linseeds, walnuts and cinnamon.

My stomach is rumbling now! I suspect it’s partly due to the feta cheese and walnut salad I ate last night instead of the McDonalds and chocolate cake that the kids had for their birthday treat

No, but there’s plenty of seeds in the plan I’m on now. You don’t realise the goodness in them until you see results, Sent you some recipes
