Ice Bath

just watching leaue of their own and Jimmy CArr and John Bishop have had to sit in ice baths for as long as possible. it is set to 2 degrees

is it jut me who would like to give this a go???

Used to have to do this after playing rugby it's not as fun as it looks take my word for it !! Brrrrr

when i was at uni we did experiments on something (wasnt paying attetion ) and we had to put our arms in ice water

i handled that well

I've started doing this after cycling. It's horrible. I think it might help with recovery but that doesn't mean it's not horrible.

And I won't be poting any 'post-ice bath cock pics'either!
