So tomorrow I am heading down to Llandudno for a few days just wondering if there's anything I have missed on what I could do?

Cable vehicular to the top of tbe great orm. There was a nice curry house near the pier. The pier if you like tbat kinda thing

Exactly this.

If the weather is nice, the pier and beach is lovely too but there are some great walks around there
