How much are they?

We have been quoted £30 per lesson in Birmingham.

Is that the going rate? Its a small driving school not national chain.

5 years ago I paid £25 p/h so £30 doesn't sound bad imo.

Manchester (he/him)

Your best bet is to shop around and see if you can get bulk deals or discounts.

If you’re starting from scratch it might be an idea to ask a few schools for quotes and how many lessons their drivers take on average too, as that will indicate how good the instructors are and whether they get you to pass or just keep you on as a cash cow.

When I was learning I took 4 lessons a week in two hour blocks, it really helped as 1 lesson a week is easy to forget

Solihull and Brentwood

I giggled guaranteed pass

driving and found:

Courses from £610 including practical test. Pass in a week.

Just another option. But if you know someone that can provide the required practice to get you through the test. Dis is a non starter.

Around the Bucks area they range from £45 to £75 an hour with most companies.

The more you buy in one bulk go the cheaper they sometimes offer them..
