So, I’m not using my singles profile after meeting and setting up a couples profile with my now significant other … but have through necessity dropped back in to ponder this pondry…

I cannot join in the forum fun from the new couple profile (OnTheEdge33) even after waiting the hour’age requirement, veri and photo verification approved necessities ….. I have contacted the ‘owners’ but nothing …. Is there something I’m not aware of ? ….

A friend of mine on here has a similar issue.

They have been here over a year now, and can write a reply, cbut when they click Post Message it just seems to get lost.

I had this problem when I first joined, took me months until I could write in the forums despite veris etc, I think I ended up contacting admin folk and it was eventually resolved

I've had this many times. Even with site and memember verifications. I would delete my profile and try again. So annoying waiting two weeks to find out is another no go.

She's contacted admin too, but nothing as of yet.

Hopefully we'll get something sorted soon.

Im pretty sure its because the IP addresses are the same. Safety feature.

Happened to me so I mailed them every day for like a week.

Same happened to us. I raised it with admin and waited a few weeks. Then someone posted on here they'd had the same problem which was now fixed. That encouraged me to raise it again. Got fixed second time within a day and admin messaged me to say it was sorted.

I wouldn't spam them but just hope they get to it soon x

I had same issues and had to delete and start again. I don't know why it glitches
