Could anyone enlighten me why after talking to someone for weeks and eventually arranging to meet up on the day of meeting up you get blanked and messages left unread even though they have been online on here and watsapp.

Do you think it's a case of someone talking the talk and not being able to walk the walk or something else?

You answered your own question I think. Just move on don't give them another thought or another chance. If they can't even have the decency to cancel or say they don't want to meet after arranging to they aren't worth your time.

Unfortunately some love the chase and love to appear available but are actually permanently unavailable without any intention of meeting anyone, its hard and there's no real fool proof way of avoiding them as you only find out when they ghost you...

Remember it's nothing to do with you it's all on them xxx

I'm lost here, Newbie, cannot get it . Why would anyone waste tons of time to engage in chat and then flaking or ignoring? What's the point? Some profile mention''here to chat'' or ''not meeting'', that's fair enough, you know it from start.I spend quite a lot of time writing a message, as I need to know the person behind the screen, so we can build smthg. Why would anyone find this rewarding? In the moment when, after a few messages the chat keeps going, it means that both parts are interested to and think about a possible meeting

I logged in earlier today. there was an unread message in ma inbox. It was from a couple that I'd never conversed with before, "Hey, how's you x", so I replied "I'm fine thanks, what made you send that message x?"

They sent one back about 3 minutes later "Just so that you've got a message" then they blocked me.

The mind boggles at sometimes

Yep, happened to me, after plenty of chat it was looking pretty promising, arranged to meet, I drove about 30 miles and he bailed on me, the WhatsApp convo died!! I was fuming!!

Thx...People are here for different reasons. I'm here to meet couples, some to inflate their ego's. In the same time, I cannot jump and ask for a meeting from the first messages just to cut posible loses, I need some time to see if we are on the same frequency. Quite un-productive. Anyway...happy fabbing to all the honest ones!

I’m 37 & I come from West Yorkshire , I’ve always wanted to have a meet from Fab but I don’t know if it’s me that’s not putting enough effort in or I’m not good enough, but because of medical background I have to wear bags all the time as I have a non working bladder , and the thought of a woman seeing it makes me feel ashamed .
