Smoking, arrrrrrghhhhh!!!!!!! Why is it soooo haaaard?

Ffs there had beter be a few shags in it for me......

I stopped 4 weeks ago with all the help going, but over the last few days I have crept back on them again. I refuse to beat myself up about it any more. I will give up, I don't even enjoy them now. But old habits die very hard and it will be an ongoing process I think

You have to really really want to give up for yourself.

Tried soooo many times and just kept starting again.

Been smoking since i was 15.

Finally gave up 8 years ago after i split up with my ex.

Got rid of him,started a new life and got rid of the fags

I have given up before but gone back on em......

Ive had to move back in with the folks (who have both had cancer and are ex smokers) so I have lots of support.....

Those electronic cigs seem all the rage here and people we know who have them ,whilst have not given up, have reduced the number of real cigs dramatically.

I'm thinking of trying those, so long as they aren't like those nicotine white plastic ones, they used to burn my throat

This is what I've done. I can happily report that while some brands of e-cig are wankybollocks, get the right one and it will certainly hammer the dreaded tabs.

I bought some disposable ones before and they were great, but I've forgotten where I got them from..then I bought a rechargeable set and they were foul so any recommendations would be really useful ?
