During the week, I either have a couple of wholemeal toast with a banana or bran flakes with banana

One of the days at weekend, I usually treat myself to either a sausage butty from Greggs or an egg & cheese mcmuffin

This morning I had a toasted teacake and a brew

Healthy one - weetabix with just enough ice cold milk to soften them up (none left swimming in the bowl) with fresh fruit

Not so healthy - smoked bacon, sausage, egg (yolk must be runny), hash brown, beans and toast

I’ve been on healthy breakfast for far too long to remember, if I wasn’t controlling what was going in calorie wise though I’d be faceplanting a full English (yes including the sausage) so big I’d not eat for another 24 hours

I like preparing a sort of mini buffet sometimes

picking lots of favourite bits and mixing them.. savouring each bite and not rushing anywhere. The ingredients matter less than the atmosphere.
