Gapping Fanny

I have had both freeze on me, but never got offered surgery or injections. Instead I was told I was young and it would heal itself...!

Tens machine, a heated shoulder pad and then an exercise band to regain range of movement is what I used.

My right shoulder was on the mend, but I did something to it in bed a fee months back which set it back again.

Use the shoulder as little as possible...the steroid injection can take as much as two weeks to take full effect, but the difference can be axing when it does

I've just sacked one physio after poor treatment with an ongoing muscle condition who wrote me off after three phone calls and no clinic to diagnose after waiting six months and finally getting the correct diagnosis yesterday with treatment I have no faith in NHS physio after many years of similar treatment or there lack of .

You can buy vibrating cushions... if it's anything to do with a trapped nerve/tight muscle it may help free it up

Brighton - even Hove!

Happened to me once and the steroid injection sorted it. That was after liquid morphine that stopped the pain but made me unable to do anything really except giggle.

Sadly NHS ones these days do phone consultation. A sheet of exercises and off you go. Total disgrace imo. What exactly do they donfor there pay is beyond me. Private ones cost but at least they get stuck in and try to help properly. Well the good ones do and was lucky to find one. Even my own doctor said would not use an NHS one. That sort of treatment should be available on the NHS though and available to all. We can all print out exercises from anywhere. We don't need them to do that.

B+M sell reusable hot/cold pads for about 3-4 pounds, as good as the expensive ones from other shops, but a lot cheaper.
