I try not to drink before 7pm and that’s normally a beer. So for me opening a bottle of wine is an after eight thing.

Maybe more of an age thing I think

Like midday onwards x before you can always have a mimosa (OJ + Prosecco) , I love having those at 10 am (only when I’m out brunching obvs )
