Move from my bed...have noticed the past few months i take my time getting up,i used to be up n at em early as...now i think sod it all in good time and when im ready.....do you linger in bed or is it once ya up ya oot of it and ready for the day?

As I've not slept for the last 3 weeks, once I am awake I just get up no matter what time or how tired, however on Saturday, I woke at 5.20 am but decided to go back to sleep and slept 2 more hours!! Woo hoo!

I'm rubbish at waking up for work it's just too early for me, while I was off for a few weeks I was waking up naturaly at around 7.30 but 5.45 is just too early.... I've just missed my bus actually which is why I'm on here
