i had a digital prostate examination

first time ever for me

I think it would depend on the situation. You have just had a clinical examination. In a situation where you were sexually attracted to the person, in a sexual mood and in a place conducive to sex. There would be a whole new experience of sensation.

I had a male stomach specialist doctor check me for polyps yrs ago - it's not funny!

Prostrate massage has always intrigued me/been on bucket list.

its still a finger in the arse and it didnt feel nice

i know its a quick slipping in of a finger but even if it was done more erotically with a partner the ultimate goal still gives a strange sensation.
