I can't find recipes other than the ones in the leaflet that came with it. While I'm perfectly capable of adapting these it's nice to get ideas from other people. My go to lunch at the moment is Frozen peppers and long green bean things 200c for 5 mins Add normal spinach Add either chicken mini fillets or diced beef seasoned however you want 200c for 12-14 minutes Done. Simple. Add some rice if you wanna add carbs, or just enjoy a low card high protein dish." Thanks  | |||
