How important are verifications?

I've been on here a while but never really taken it seriously so I have no verifications and struggle to get meets without them. How important do you all find them? Is there perhaps something in my profile that could be a put off?

For a single man it's probably helpful but not essential to have one or two. Look out for social events in your area, they're a good way to get your first veris.

We read veris if considering a meet or a social.

It can work against you sometimes too if when reading they don't like the people that have verified you

I like to look at them to see if I'm really the type of woman they're after. If I'm completely opposite then I wouldn't take it further. So I'd find them somewhat important

I think you do need veri's. There are to many fakes on here unfortunately. Maybe go on webcam, and prove to people you are real. You are a good looking guy, i'm sure you'll meet someone.

100% you need verification first though.

Graphic verifications are really off putting, much prefer social verifications. I was never particularly interested in other ppl’s meets. So it’s a fine balance

As long as the man is photo verified, a lack of verification doesn't bother me at all.

Receive message, check photos on profile, read profile, reply to message....if messages flow well and profile is articulate and visually attractive. I would plan a meet in a probability.
