For me I can only do it with someone I trust and with the amount of fuck boys on here, it just ain't happening, so back to DIY for 4/5 days

I only do it with Mr when I'm on my period, and only ever in the shower as it can get a little messy. It's not every month but sometimes the urge for each other is just too strong and powerful and we just have to go for it.

It isn’t a no no for me as long as the flow isn’t too heavy - but the majority of guys are very squeamish about it!

Hi OP

I wouldn't have been able to as my periods were so heavy and extremely painful. I was so incredibly horny at that time though and would play with myself often.

Now I don't have periods and am so delighted.

I was sterilised over 30 yrs ago. I'm on hrt now.

Never had the coil, not sure they'd give it me.

Great if it works for others though

The first time I had rampant (but darned good) sex after lockdown my hormones kicked back in and my periods returned.

They’re increasingly more painful as I get older - and after 40 years I’ve had enough!

My closest fb and I also want to go bareback - so contraception is an issue again as I may not be infertile yet!

Desogestrel. It’s one of those with only one hormone in coz of my age. You have to take it at the same time every day (within 5 hours I think is safe) if you’re using as contraception. Take it constantly, there’s no break in the month. Best thing I ever did. Mine were horrendous I couldn’t even leave the house for 2 days a month! Nothing now

I’m on cerelle, progesterone only and have no periods either because oestrogen based ones give me aura migraines. There’s quite a few brands out there I think, just depends on your local nhs trust and what they offer.
