Bit cheesy I know, but good news stories on the news.

So much shite going on in the world these days so it makes a refreshing change.

Lots and lots of things...I can honestly say that at least one thing makes me smile every single day. It might be something as simple as my dog having a doggy dream or a good morning message from someone special, but I find plenty to smile about.

All this smiling doesn't do my crows feet much good though

The sound of my nephews laughing

Friends and family being happy

A room full of strangers at a gig, chanting song lyrics back at the band and that feeling of euphoria that surrounds you all

When my 12 year old nephew helps his old Uncle on a consistent basis after being asked once to help in the manoeuvring of his cycle out of his families front door..by holding that door open..he now arrives at the door without being asked when he realises I'm leaving.

He's a great kid!

My friend!!

*He offers me sweets too!!!!
