I had severe Phimosis and had a partial circumcision (80% off) at age 27. I’ve had to undergo two Frenuloplasty ops on top of that and it made me miserable and has caused many issues and much distress, really hitting my self esteem even to this day but it’s still far better than the constant cycle of splitting, cracking, bleeding and scarring I put up with for years.

Sorry to hear about your problem regarding phimosis.

When I was circumcised, I chose for a complete removal of the foreskin including the frenulum or frenum (for the ladies,this is commonly known as the banjo string and is similar to the tag of skin under your tongue. If it breaks,it will bleed badly).
