Just read Final Space won't be coming back (just yet, there seems to be much more market for other companies picking up shows that others haven't renewed eg Community, Brooklyn 99, Arrested Development)

....it was never going to be another Hill St, but had the potential to be the uniform/patrol equivalent of NYPD Blue...

....scheduled against Monday Night Football, however, it never achieved great ratings, and was cancelled after just one series...
