Someone (i think KinkyinHants) mentioned something about setting a challenge before her next birthday earlier today and i thought that was a great idea.

As you cna probably tell i am not the fittest person in the world but by my next birthday i want to have climed Snowdon...never done it, not sure how hard it is but it cant be that hard of OAP's do it lol

what would you like to achieve before your next birthday (if its in the next few months you cna choose the one after )

I think for my next birthday I may have a pink party to raise money for breast cancer research. It will depend on how many want to attend though.

when ive knitted some meerkats i want to start knitting baby hats for scbu. i used to do it and they always need hats and bonnets

I have decided I will have lost 3 stones in weight by my next birthday.

There, I've said it "out loud" now so I have to do it.

I also have a fitness goal but that one may be more difficult because of an injury. I'll give it my best shot though.

And I would have to say it "out loud" this particular week, given the flipping word challenge theme, wouldn't I?

I do not like desserts. I do not like key lime pie. I do not like pancakes with maple syrup. I like healthy things!!

I want to lose 2.5 stone by next August.

More likely fruit, salads and no desserts at all.

And more walking. And swimming. And getting my lazy hide back to the gym.

I feel tired just thinking about it!

My birthday is October, so I can't do it this year. But next year I will run the great north run, and I will do it in under 2 hrs 20 meaning I will have taken 12 mins off my pb. And I will run for mind again.

Ive had 2 kids in scbu and they wee hats and cardigans are amazing well done to people like you who take the time and effort to do this we really appreciate it x
