"Christoph waltz

Inglorious basterds.

Totally nails it and steals the movie."

Yes, so much hate for the character but he is just strangely compelling to watch, brilliant acting

"Alan Rickman in Robin Hood Prince of Thieves. Apparently he was told to tone it down as he was trumping Kevin Costner ( which wasn’t hard tbh ). I also think he trumped Bruce Willis in Diehard. RIP Alan Rickman. One of the best actors to have lived. "

These were both going to be my picks. He was fantastic in both.

I read a funny post recently regarding them. This is not verbatim but the gist...

Any film with Alan Rickman is an Alan Rickman film. Robin Hood is an Alan Rickman film, Kevin Costner just so happens to be in it. Die hard is an Alan Rickman film featuring Bruce Willis. Harry Potter? You guessed it, they're Alan Rickman films.

Wilson in Castaway , Tom Hanks plays the lead role. Wilson was played by that brilliant but little known actor called Volleyball.

I can't think what else he appeared in but he was outstanding in this film.

He kept it low key and didn't over inflate the role.

Wish Hollywood used him more perhaps in a Jaws sequel he could have killed the shark by getting swallowed and giving it constipation.
