Its on tonight. I want to watch it but, despite my double hard exterior, I am a total softy and don't want to be sobbing for days.

When I watched Braveheart I cried for an hour afterwards. Don't even talk to me about Titanic. . . .

Should I watch it and prepare for the weeps or do something productive?

And what do you reckon the chances are of getting Mr Curious to watch it?!?!?

i cry all the time, at films, tv programmes etc

last time i cried was at only fools and horses lol (was a re-run on GOLD....not one i watched years ago )

I read The Time Traveller's Wife but haven't seen the film. It's an amazing book.

I haven't seen My Sister's Keeper, but I have the book to read when I get the chance.

I rarely cry because of films, though some do upset me. I have avoided reading, or watching, Marley and Me because I'm pretty sure it will upset me.

I don't cry at many films, but the animated film "When the wind blows" certainly tipped me over the edge.

More recently, "Gran torino" had the same effect.

Both are beautifully done...
