I was just reading a post about a guy who has lost his dog.

I didn't want to hijack his post but it got me thinking.

Someone said that they had a cat that behaved like a dog.

I used to have a pet rat that played fetch and chased the dog round the house, all a bit backwards I know.

Has anyone else had or got pets that behave in an odd way?

My cat has very dogish qualities. He plays fetch, more so when he was younger. He is loyal and affectionate not because he wants feeding or petting. He's never purposely scratched me (he is a clumsy ox and has by accident) He's non aggressive, even when my other dick cats try and fight him he lays down and holds them with his mouth instead of biting. He's also a total gimp and has a massive footand leather fetish. I've never met such an awesome creature. My other cat is a total bitch lol

My pet bird begs for food, even though she always has a full bowl. Whenever she sees anyone eating anything she swoops down and tries to get in your plate/bowl - and won't take no for an answer. Most of the time she doesn't even like/know what the food is, she just thinks if we're eating it it must be good.

I find it funny what some animals are scared of.

My Shepweiler thinks she’s Ronaldo. She gets the kids football and legs it before you have chance to stop her. It’s a good job she’s cute.
