Is it polite to say thank you in a private message, or if its one from a Lounge thread to just leave it as a compliment?

I never say thank you for a fab, and I'd certainly not expect one if I fabbed a pic either.

For a one off fab I don't take any more from it than a passing thumbs up. However, if someone's made their way through my pictures and fabbed them all, if we've had similar interests I've messaged a thanks and said hello before

I thank people who fab all my pics.

Just seems like the polite thing to do.

Although I don't expect to be thanked when I fab other folks photos.

Nice when it happens, but never get bothered if it doesn't.

we never look if our pics have been fabbed, let alone who has done it, so no we dont respond, we have no idea, think its abit daft thb, understand it between friends but for strangers no, and its a bit creapy tbh

I rarely look at who has fabbed my pics. And just because I fab someones pic it does not not mean I want to have sex with them it just means I liked that picture. I've had a few thanks for the fab messages but I don't think I've ever sent one to anyone .

I would say no, if they wanted to message I am sure they would, or even send a wink. A fab for me is not a "message me" signal, merely a compliment or even part of a forum thread

I agreed that is a random statement to make in Fab when the idea is to get strangers to meet etc. I assume they only want fabbing by hot people

I get very few Fabs so I always thank the person. I have got a few friends from Fabs and the odd chat. I never assume the fab means anything more than they liked the photo at that point in time or it was just part of one of the forum games.

We see it as they/we appreciate a pic.

We wouldn’t expect to receive a thank you for the FAB.

We’d message someone if we thought it more than a FAB and would expect someone to do the same.

Most women get hundreds of fans on their photos so for them to then respond to everyone plus answer the multitude of messages they get ( not those with cock pics) is unachievable.

As a guy fabs and messages are few and far between so it becomes easier. Especially if it’s a male/female or couple that you are interested in, it’s a good way to start conversation

As I don’t get that many it’s very easy to be polite and say thanks , but if you’ve hundreds or thousands it’s another story , not enough hours in the day
